Push pull mold pressing: Using a mold to axially press the tube blank, causing the metal to shrink and form along the mold cavity, suitable for small and medium-sized conical tubes.
Intelligent rotary rolling: By using a rotary rolling tool to perform local plastic deformation on the pipe blank, seamless manufacturing is achieved, and the technology has obtained a national invention patent.
Segmented heating+progressive forming: The total deformation is distributed among multiple passes, and the temperature between passes is controlled within ± 10 ℃ to avoid material performance fluctuations. It is suitable for high-end fields such as nuclear power.
Hydraulic bulging+spinning composite method: First, obtain an approximate contour through hydraulic pre molding, and then use spinning to fine tune the size, improving molding efficiency and accuracy.
