At the same time, its slim design (total thickness ≤ 120mm) can be laid in narrow spaces (such as underground garage roof interlayers) without the need for extensive excavation.
Low fluid resistance, efficient drainage
The inner wall of the semi-circular U-shaped channel is smooth, with a low friction coefficient (λ ≤ 0.010), a large hydraulic radius, and fast water flow velocity. The drainage flow rate per unit length can reach 0.5-6.0m ³/(h · m), which is 20% -40% higher than that of circular pipes of the same specification. The open channel design makes it difficult for sediment to settle, and self-cleaning can be achieved through rainwater flushing, solving the pain point of traditional pipe blockage.
High strength and stability
Taking HDPE material as an example, with a tensile strength of ≥ 15MPa and a fracture elongation of ≥ 300%, it can withstand the pressure of construction machinery compaction and backfill soil (with a maximum ring stiffness of SN16). After adding circular or longitudinal reinforcement bars to the pipe wall, the stiffness of the ring is increased by more than 30%, and the structure is stable in high backfill soil pressure or heavy machinery operation scenarios.
Flexible and easy installation, low maintenance cost
The semi-circular pipe can be directly laid on the surface of the base layer, quickly spliced along the drainage slope, with a lap width of ≥ 100mm or hot-melt welding, and the construction efficiency is increased by more than 30% compared to traditional pipe materials. The fixing method is simple (such as U-shaped steel nails, plastic buckles), suitable for complex installation angles such as slopes and facades. The anti blocking design of the flow channel ensures a maintenance cycle of ≥ 5 years, requiring only regular inspections of the drainage outlet without the need for large-scale excavation and dredging.
