1. Surface cleaning of semi-circular coiled tube

2. Rust removal treatment of semi-circular coiled pipes

Mainly using tools such as wire brushes to polish the surface of steel can remove loose or raised oxide scales, rust, welding slag, etc. Manual tools can achieve a rust removal level of Sa2, while power tools can achieve a rust removal level of Sa3. If there is a solid oxide scale attached to the surface of the steel, the rust removal effect of the tool is not ideal, which does not meet the anchor pattern scale required for stable performance construction.

3. Acid washing treatment of semi garden coiled pipes

Generally, two methods are used for acid washing treatment: chemical and electrolytic. For stable pipeline performance, only chemical acid washing is used to remove oxide scale, rust, and old coatings. Sometimes, it can be used as a post-treatment after sandblasting and rust removal. Although chemical cleaning can achieve a certain level of cleanliness and roughness on the surface, its anchor pattern is shallow and it is prone to environmental pollution.

4. Half round roll pipe spray (throwing) rust removal

Spraying (throwing) rust removal is achieved by driving the spraying (throwing) blades to rotate at high speed through a high-power motor, so that abrasives such as steel sand, steel shot, iron wire segments, minerals, etc. are sprayed (thrown) on the surface of the coil under centrifugal force. Not only can rust, oxides, and dirt be thoroughly removed, but the coil can also achieve the required uniform roughness under the strong impact and friction of abrasives.
